Benefits of community collaboration may be immediate or long term, direct or indirect. The Wisconsin Rural Partners Annual Summit will look at 3 categories to grow your community:
Community Collaboration Approaches: Local government, private businesses, and community members can work together to increase local capacity and tackle challenges too tough for any one entity to singlehandedly solve. Collaborations with nearby communities may provide the best results for increasing capacity.
Resources to Fuel Collaboration: Resources come in many different types and sizes of varying duration—each situation is unique. The Summit will serve as a springboard to connect your community with the appropriate resources to reach your local goals.
Capacity Building in Action: Learn how communities like yours have utilized collaboration and resources to solve pressing challenges such as growing entrepreneurs, increasing agricultural processing capacity, and revitalizing their downtowns.
